Practitioners I work with

An individual treatment plan sometimes requires expertise beyond my own. I refer patients to the practitioners below when their skills fit the case, and I remain responsible for coordinating the overall plan.

Peter Zheng, MD

Board Certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation · Certified in Acupuncture

Dr. Zheng trained in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center, completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Rochester, and completed a fellowship in anesthesiology pain management at Westchester Medical Center. He practices at Comprehensive Pain Management at 69 Main Street in Tuckahoe and is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital and Westchester Medical Center.

He treats a broad range of pain conditions, including back and neck pain, radiculopathy, and arthritis, using interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and nerve ablation, along with electrodiagnostic testing, acupuncture, and platelet-rich plasma therapy. I refer patients to him for procedures, acupuncture, and PRP; he sees patients in the same building.

Sri Lakshmi Parcha, B.A.M.S.

Ayurvedic Specialist · Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery · Member, Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA)

Sri Lakshmi Parcha has practiced Ayurvedic medicine for thirty years. She earned her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in India, served as a senior house surgeon in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery, and is a Registered Holistic Health Consultant. She has taught workshops introducing Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies.

Her particular strengths are women's health — menstrual disorders, fertility, and the menopausal transition — along with chronic back pain, arthritis, digestive disorders, migraine, and stress. She also provides Ayurvedic support in chronic conditions such as diabetes. I refer patients to her for Ayurvedic assessment and treatment within an individual plan, and her recommendations are coordinated with the rest of the patient's care.
